Why basic scrapes are free?
Most scraping services charge you different amount of credits based on the selected options. For example, basic scrape is 1 credit, with rendered js (meaning it runs in a browser) it's 15 credits, with premium proxy it's 25 credits.
We decided to make it simpler at Rebrowser: you pay only for browser running time and for the proxies.
Thus, if you use your own proxies and don't use browser for a scrape, it means that it's free. Your request will be run with our sophisticated script that mimics browser requests, meaning it will have proper headers and TLS fingerprint. For some websites, it just works fine, so you don't need to run a browser for every request. Or, you might make initial scrape with the browser, get the headers and cookies, and then just reuse it in a basic scraper without browser involved.

Important things to know about billing
- Every plan has a defined monthly prepaid usage amount that will be added to your account balance. This balance will be used to pay for browser time, proxy traffic, and dataset purchases.
- Monthly prepaid funds don't roll over, your balance resets each billing cycle.
- Add more funds anytime with our fixed-amount top-ups - no need to wait for your next billing cycle.
- Browser sessions are rounded up to the nearest 5 seconds.
- Minimum dataset purchase is 50 rows, and all purchases are rounded up to the nearest 50 rows.
- Purchased dataset rows are available for 30 days from the date of purchase.
