Session refers to a single instance of browser automation or scraping activity.

API Usage refers to any interaction with the Service's application programming interface.

Rate Limits refers to the maximum number of requests or operations allowed within a specified time period.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

3. Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive service-related notifications and announcements that are necessary for the operation of your account. You also agree to receive newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may send. You may opt out of marketing communications by following the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting us directly.

4. Service Plans and Pricing

Pricing, Billing, and Payments

All current pricing, usage limits, and service features are presented on our pricing page. These details, including but not limited to prices, request limits, concurrent session limits, and available features, form part of these Terms and may be updated from time to time.

You are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate billing information. By subscribing to paid services, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees incurred. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor (currently Stripe), subject to their terms and conditions.

For recurring subscriptions:

• Charges will automatically renew unless cancelled
• You must cancel before renewal to avoid charges
• You are responsible for all recurring charges until cancellation
• Changes to subscription plans take effect on the next billing cycle
• You must maintain current and accurate payment information
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Refund Policy

We believe in providing value-driven solutions rather than pushing expensive packages. Our flexible automation options and transparent refund policy reflect this commitment to your success.

Eligibility Criteria

Automatic Renewal Refunds:

• Full refund available if requested within 30 days of automatic renewal
• Account must show no balance usage since renewal date
• Subscription must be canceled before refund request

Annual Subscription Refunds:

• 100% refund within 30 days of purchase
• Valid for technical implementation failures
• Must demonstrate attempted implementation

Monthly Subscription Refunds:

• Full refund within 7 days of purchase
• Applies to cases where implementation was unsuccessful
• Must show evidence of attempted usage

Before Requesting a Refund

We strongly recommend contacting our technical support team if you're experiencing difficulties. Our experts are committed to resolving your implementation challenges and ensuring successful integration.

Refund Process

• Cancel your subscription through your dashboard
• Contact our support team via website chat

Processing Timeline

• Review period: Up to 3 business days
• Refund processing via Stripe: 5-10 business days to reflect in your account

Non-Refundable Items

• All proxy server traffic charges are non-refundable without exception
• If your deposited balance was partially used for services, we may decline or offer a prorated refund excluding the used amount

5. Browser Screenshots and Recording

Visual Capture Features

Our service includes features that can capture visual content from browser sessions, including:

• Browser screenshots
• Video recordings of browser activity
• Visual elements of webpages

These features are opt-in and must be explicitly enabled by you.

User Responsibilities

When using visual capture features, you must:

• Ensure you have the right to capture and store content from target websites
• Not capture sensitive or personal information without proper authorization
• Implement appropriate security measures to protect captured content
• Obtain necessary consents when capturing data involving personal information
• Follow all applicable privacy laws and regulations
• Delete captured content when no longer needed

Storage and Retention

• Storage duration for screenshots and video recordings is determined by your current subscription plan
• Current retention periods are specified on our pricing page and in your plan details
• You are responsible for downloading and securing any content you wish to retain beyond the plan-specified retention period
• We may delete content earlier for compliance or technical reasons
• Storage limits and retention periods may vary based on your subscription tier
• Upgrades or downgrades to your plan may affect retention periods for existing content

Content Restrictions

You agree not to capture:

• Content from authentication or payment pages
• Personal or sensitive information without proper authorization
• Content that violates any laws or regulations
• Content that infringes on third-party rights

Our Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Disable visual capture features at any time
• Delete captured content that violates these terms
• Review captured content for compliance purposes
• Limit storage space or capture frequency
• Modify retention periods with notice

6. Conditions of Use

General Restrictions

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Services to breach any website's terms of service
• Circumvent or disable any access controls or security measures
• Collect data in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limitations
• Interfere with the proper working of the Services

Website Access Compliance

You shall:

• Review and comply with terms and conditions of target websites
• Respect and comply with robots.txt files
• Maintain appropriate crawl delays and rate limits
• Obtain necessary authorizations when required

7. Security and Account Management

API Key Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of Your API keys and credentials. Any activities that occur under Your API keys or account credentials are Your responsibility. You must:

• Keep all API keys, authentication tokens, and credentials strictly confidential
• Not share, disclose, or expose Your API keys to any third party
• Immediately notify Us of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach
• Rotate or change API keys if they may have been compromised
• Use secure methods to store and transmit API keys
• Not embed API keys directly in Your code repositories or public locations

You acknowledge and agree that if Your API keys are compromised due to Your failure to follow these security requirements or any other action or negligence on Your part, We will not provide any refunds for charges incurred through the unauthorized use of Your API keys. Any unauthorized access or usage resulting from compromised API keys due to Your negligence will remain Your financial responsibility.

Account Access and Sharing

• Each account and its associated credentials are strictly for use by a single individual or entity
• You may not share, loan, transfer, or sell Your account access to any other party
• You may not allow multiple users or entities to access the Service through a single account
• Each individual requiring access must maintain their own separate account
• Team or organization access requires separate accounts for each team member
• Sharing of accounts or credentials will result in immediate account termination
• We monitor for signs of account sharing and may suspend accounts showing suspicious access patterns
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under Your account

8. Service Usage Restrictions

Service Resale and Distribution

You may not resell, redistribute, or provide access to the Service to any third party without Our explicit written authorization. This includes but is not limited to:

• Reselling or white-labeling the Service
• Including the Service as part of Your own service offering
• Creating derivative services based on Our Service
• Sublicensing or transferring Your access rights
• Acting as an intermediary or broker for the Service

Any such authorization must be obtained in writing from Us before engaging in any resale or redistribution activities. Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of Your account and may subject You to legal action.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR THAT ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY BROWSER AUTOMATION, SCREENSHOTS, RECORDINGS, OR OTHER FUNCTIONALITY, IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OR BE COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, OR BROWSING CONFIGURATION.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
• DAMAGES FOR SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE, OR SYSTEM FAILURE
• DAMAGES FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA OR CONTENT
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BROWSER AUTOMATION OR RECORDING ACTIVITIES
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES
• DAMAGES RELATED TO ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES

IN ALL CASES, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE INCIDENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Final Provisions

• This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between parties
• Invalidity of any provision shall not affect other provisions
• Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver
• Agreement is governed by applicable law in the Country specified in the Definitions section
